What happens when I need more?+
Nothing, on your side. You'd start on a single vial a month, and most people settle at two or three and stay there. If you need more, we send more and the invoice doesn't move. Break-even for us is around 28 vials a month, far past where anyone lands, so the promise costs you nothing to hold us to.
Is there a contract?+
No. Monthly is month to month — cancel any time and the next shipment simply doesn't go out. Longer plans are prepaid for the term, which is what makes them cheaper per month.
How do I cancel or pause?+
Reply to any email from us and say so. Nothing auto-charges, so a month only continues because you decided it does — there is no card on file to cancel and nothing to claw back.
How do I know the quality is real?+
