What we collect
Order details (email, shipping address, items, payment method and status) and, if you opt in, your email for updates. We do not collect payment card numbers — crypto payments settle on-chain and card-to-crypto happens on the onramp provider's side.
How we use it
To process and ship your order, send order and tracking updates, provide support, and — only if you opted in — send occasional product news. That's it.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your data. We don't run invasive ad trackers. We keep the analytics footprint minimal by design.
Sharing
We share the minimum necessary with shipping carriers (to deliver) and our payment/infra providers (to process orders). All are bound to use it only for those purposes.
Retention
Order records are kept as long as needed for support, warranty, and legal obligations. Email-list entries are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
Unsubscribe any time from the link in our emails. Email us to request access to or deletion of your data, subject to records we must retain by law.
Security
Traffic is served over HTTPS. Order data is stored on access-controlled infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the attack surface small.
