Every order is covered — damage, loss, or a parcel stopped in customs.
Damage Protection Policy
If an order arrives damaged, never arrives, or is stopped in customs, we reship it at no cost. Damage claims need photo evidence and are reviewed individually. Because these are research materials, we can't take anything back into stock once it has left us.

Clear photos of the vial and the packaging, taken before anything is unpacked further. Every claim rests on this.

Once the claim is verified we ship the replacement at no cost to you.

The Limits
- ·Damage claims need a photo taken on arrival.
- ·Lost or seized parcels are reshipped, no photo needed.
- ·Reconstituted product cannot be replaced.
- ·Damage claims: within 7 days of delivery. Lost or seized: whenever you tell us.
