Research Use Only
All products sold by Tomorrow Peptides are supplied strictly for laboratory and research use only. They are NOT for human or veterinary use, and are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices. Nothing sold here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified researcher and that you will handle, store, and dispose of all materials in accordance with applicable laws and institutional protocols.
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to purchase research materials in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for compliance with all local, state, and national laws, including import regulations for your country.
Orders & pricing
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order and to correct pricing errors. Listed prices are in USD. The membership price shown is the price charged, and it does not change with your dose.
Payment
Payment is accepted via cryptocurrency (primary) and the alternative methods shown at checkout. Crypto payments are non-custodial and settle directly. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed on-chain or received.
Shipping
Orders placed before the daily cutoff are dispatched the same business day where possible. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. If a shipment is lost, damaged, or stopped in customs, we reship it at our cost — you are not charged twice. Title passes on delivery to the carrier, but that reship commitment stands regardless.
Returns
Because these are sensitive research materials, we cannot take anything back into stock once it has left us. Damaged or incorrect shipments are replaced — report damage within 7 days of delivery with photos. A parcel that is lost or stopped in customs is reshipped whenever you tell us, since there is no delivery date to count from.
Limitation of liability
Products are provided "as is" for research use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tomorrow Peptides is not liable for any damages arising from misuse, improper handling, or use contrary to the Research Use Only designation.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
